This past weekend was MSU Department of Theatre’s 8th annual
Haunted Aud. All of the proceeds from Haunted Aud go to the stART Organization
which provides grant money for theatre students. stART also does many other
public outreach events to get people more informed about the arts. Haunted Aud
is there biggest event. A night of terror and thrills for all people lurked
inside the walls of the Auditorium building. This year’s theme was “Urban
Legends”. Some of the rooms included: Slenderman, Lizzie Borden, Kidney Heist,
Jeff the Killer, Annabelle, and Bloody Mary. My two friends and I
designed/decorated the lobby. We also got to act in the lobby and
entertain/scare people while waiting in line. If you attended you may have seen
me, I was the zombie. Haunted Aud is entirely ran and acted by undergraduate
students. stART represents itself as an organization to help students. After being
in Haunted Aud I can definitely say they do this. It has been a very fun
experience, and I can’t wait for next year!!!
