When observing the field
that I am most interested in, which is journalism, I looked at organizations
that related to the field and would give me a hands on experience for the
field. VIM magazine is a campus fashion magazine and because I enjoy fashion
and writing I thought it would be an organization that would suit my interest
the most. The experience so far of being in VIM is amazing, I was able to write
an article about Men's Fashion and why I was interested in VIM. We also have to
come up with numerous ideas for the Winter issue of the magazine as well as
different blog post. The process of writing may look easy but there is a lot
that goes behind it. The process is particular and you have to learn to write
in the 'VIM' voice. We all communicate like regular youth and we take selfies
at every meeting to take attendance. Overall, it is a great experience and
encourage anyone exploring career paths and that finds their talents in fashion
