Usually to reach success in college, you have to be able to have a plan of action for what you want to do.  It is important to lay out your plans and decide on what you want to do early on in your college career before you can proceed forward in your life. In order to keep myself on track, I usually have to layout my plans for the upcoming years. These are usually called my long term and short term goals. My long term goals can be the goals that I have for years to come such as what degree I want to achieve or what I want my future to be life. The short term goals can be me getting a great GPA, joining a club that you’ve been looking into, or trying to make new friends of different cultures.

When you structure out your plans on what you want to do, life becomes a little more easier. It is often hard to decide what you want to do early on, but it becomes a more difficult task when you are not listing out your goals and capabilities. You have to make plans for yourself rather it be traveling to Europe with family one day or making it on time to your 9am classes. Once you make goals for yourself it becomes even more easier for you to decide what are the right paths you need to take to reach these goals you have set out for yourself.
